Founded by wine and food enthusiast, Eileen Budd, Wine-Know is an event planning business creating customized corporate and private wine tastings, events, and parties. Wine tastings have become increasingly popular and there are numerous ways to incorporate them into any event. Whether it is a birthday, house-warming, bridal shower, retirement dinner, client -appreciation, ribbon-cutting, or fundraiser, wine tastings encourage guests to mix and mingle and leave a lasting impression to those that attend. Wine-know identifies the client’s vision and customizes a wine tasting to fit the interests and budget. With exceptional enthusiasm for wine and excellent hospitality standards, Wine-Know will deliver an engaging and educational event without intimidation.
Example of Services:
Corporate/Private Wine Receptions: Set up in a “station-like” atmosphere, this event works well for events like Ribbon Cutting, Company Anniversary Celebration, Client Appreciation, etc. Selected wines located throughout the space with tasting notes. Wine-know available to interact with guests and prepared to discuss all wines. Additional menu assistance can be provided. Not all guests arrive at the same time or stay for the same duration at these types of event so this format seems to work best. Similar format can be used for other events as well.
Group Wine Tasting: A tasting can be designed to fit anyone’s interests and incorporated into many events. Additional offerings incude wine & cheese tasting and wine & chocolate tasting. Designed for fun education & entertainment, Wine-Know leads the group through and interactive group tasting with chosen theme (“Under the Tuscan Sun”, “You Say Syrah, I Say Shiraz”, “New World vs. Old World”). The possibilities are endless.
Private Wine Dinner: Wine-know works with a number of local chefs and caterers to bring a special event right into your own home. This option is a fantastic way to celebrate with those that mean the most to you right around your own table. Wine selection and presentation for each course will be included.
Fundraising Events: Wine-know can be a guest speaker or assist in creating a fundraising gala or event to fit any organization’s needs.
Wine Classes/Guest Speaker: Wine-know will conduct and entertaining and educational wine appreciate class or discuss selected wine themed topic.
